CENTRALMED MEDICAL CENTRE

The Marra Group completed the $1.5 million medical centre at 14th Ave Tauranga in 2002.

The Complex was a Design Build Contract by The Marra Group. Designed as a purpose built medical facility to service the inner Tauranga Area.

The Project included some 938m2 of floor area incorporating many consultation rooms, a Pharmacy and an X ray facility. This is the 3rd design build medical facility completed by Marras.

The Marra lead design team spent extensive quality time with the Centralmed owners to ensure all details and requirements were well documented, which ensured a well organised hassel free construction programme.

The structure was of conventional domestic type materials with an adjacent carpark on site as part of the contract. Permanent maintenance free materials were used.

Internal finishes were of a high durable standard with suspended ceilings, carpet and tiles through out.

The project was built on time and within budget.
