FRASER COVE SHOPPING CENTRE

Marra Construction Ltd built the 2nd stage of Fraser Cove Shopping Complex in 2004.

Built by Marra Construction for client IMF Westland from Auckland to meet continual demand for retail space within the complex.

The complex consisted of 8 separate tenancies and Administration areas, extensive site works and car parking.

Brief construction specification included for concrete floors, Precast concrete walls, structural steel portal frames, with low pitch roofs.

Extensive overhangs and covered ways were built for weather protection and provided links between tenancies.

The project was built prior to completion date and on budget.
