GARTSHORE HOUSE

Marra Construction (2004) Limited completed this $4million 4 level building in December 2005. Situated in Cameron Road CBD, it has Telecom as Anchor Tenant.

The project was negotiated with Local Architects Trevor Jones who supervised the contract. It had a construction period of 6 months and was completed on time.

The structure was of insitu and precast concrete floor and wall panels. All precast wall panels were cast by Marras at our own casting beds, and then delivered to site. The panels were extremely detailed in design with architectural recesses to enhance design.
