OAKLAND HEALTH AGED CARE FACILITY

Marra have carried out a number of projects for Oakland Health as the facility has grown to be one of Taurangas largest aged care and rehabilitation facility. All projects have been on a design and build basis with an open book format of cost management. Over a period of 4 - 5 years a total in excess of $5million has been spent in alterations and additions and these have all resulted in projects successfully delivered in all occasions on time and within budget.

All projects have been undertaken with the residents of the aged care facility in mind and this has meant an alteration to working hours, an understanding of the establishment's operations to ensure that they can continue to function efficiently and with no risk to either parties Health and Safety regimes.
