• The Golden Sands Primary School in Papamoa;
• The upgrade of the Bayfair Shopping Centre in Mount Maunganui;
• Additional accommodation at Fantail Lodge in Katikati;
• Cambridge High School;
• Port of Tauranga;
• Havelock South Island Mussel Processing Limited; and
• A luxury residence in the Coromandel.
