PAPAMOA BEACH APARTMENTS

The project was initially tendered in 2004, there after Marras were invited to negotiate a contract to suit the client's budget. Local architect Dennis Pocock designed and project managed the contract which was completed in 6 months with no delays and no cost overuns.

The design incorporated precast and insitu concrete floor and wall components, with some block work partitions walls. An exterior surfaces were then plastered.

Large size decks to all apartments and curved fascia's gave the building a softer appearance.

extensive glazing was installed to make full use of sea views.
