MONMOUTH HOUSE

This contract was negotiated with two legal firms who were to own and tenant the entire 1100m2 building.

Marra Construction 2004 Ltd carried out both the base building and the fit out works and the benefits of doing both were highlighted by an earlier delivery date with savings gained from work duplication which would not have been recognised had the contracts been let separately. Both tenancies were therefore delivered within budget and time.
