PAPAMOA MEDICAL CENTRE

Marra were invited to tender this project for a new medical center comprising doctors rooms, a pharmacy and physiotherapy rooms. Supplementary tenancies included a new BNZ, coffee shop and video shop.

The main building was a timber framed structure with plywood exterior walls and approximately 12,000 meters of battens fixed with stainless steel nails. Once again Marra carried out both the base build and fitout works for all tenancies except for the video outlet.

The project was successfully completed, so much so that the developer negotiated solely with Marra Construction to carry out their next development on the adjoining property which is now home to a number of food and cafe outlets.
