Marra were awarded the contract to build a new production facility for this farm animal related product manufacturing group through an invited tender process. Due to the precast panel size, panels had to be cast on site and because of the project time constraints, we opted to use mobile steam treated casting beds and stack the completed panels in "toast racks" on site.

All concrete floors in the production area were cast to fall to a number of different sumps with very little tolerance allowed.

This eco friendly building was completed with recycled rain water for production capabilities, solar heated hot water and natural ventilation to a central atrium.
Completion of the building was October 2007.
